The unexpected path to authorship
My journey into writing began during an unexpected chapter of my life – while incarcerated. A GED teacher, impressed by my written exam, saw a talent I hadn't yet recognized. This pivotal moment led me to explore uncharted waters and discover a profound new passion. My first book was published a few years later, proving that sometimes, stepping out of your comfort zone reveals your true calling. It's a journey I'm now incredibly grateful for, turning a difficult past into a powerful purpose.

A man of action, a storyteller of purpose
I am fundamentally a man of action, driven by an unwavering belief in myself and my capabilities. I live by the principle that anything is achievable if you first envision the desired outcome and then meticulously plan each step to get there. This belief in self-empowerment and consistent action is a thread woven through every story I tell, encouraging readers to cultivate their own vision and keep the faith in their personal journeys. Believe in yourself and unlock your potential.

Inspiring action, igniting dreams
More than anything, I hope my books leave readers feeling profoundly inspired to set, plan, and relentlessly pursue their own life goals. My own path to success started from an incredibly unexpected place, driven by a desire to share my life's lessons. What I found was an incredible connection with people from all walks of life, impacting more lives positively than I ever imagined. Join this journey of self-discovery and empowerment, and let's grow and succeed together.
"I'm upfront about who I am. Born and raised in South Seattle, WA, I was deeply involved in gang life. After overcoming a 63-year sentence in 2007, reduced to 36 in 2020 via appeal, I was granted clemency in 2023 and will be released in January 2026. I made a terrible decision that night, but during my incarceration, I dedicated myself to becoming a better man. I never expected freedom, but I have it now, and my mission is to positively impact lives. Every decision we make impacts more than we see – make yours with a conscious mind."
